A to Z Challenge - Lets try

 With all that life has been throwing at my side, packaged as kids home work and school projects, work deadlines, severe mood swings and tantrums from a 2 yr old (Can you even believe that?), this baby of mine aka blog has been severely ignored. I come to look at it every single day but haven't had the energy or time to make myself to write something.

However, writing is something I love and this is my way of getting things out of myself.

More recently, this has also become one of the mediums for me to communicate with my closest ones. I talk to them on the phone, but all that, that could not be expressed or told on the phone, all those sentiments that I feel everyday, this is their way to get a peek into that side of me. So, it is all the more important for me to keep up on it.

so, I have signed myself up for the Blogging from A to Z April Challenge where I'll (try to) blog every day. After such a long gap to writing, blogging every day will be a challenge. But I wanted to push myself. And so I did.

I haven't chosen any theme for the challenge. So it can be anything random under the sky. So Stay tuned.

I am back

I am back, from the vacation, from the jetlag, from the daunting task of unpacking after a trip to India. (Yes, unpacking after a trip to India is tiring but equally exciting !! Gosh, how come Moms have so many things to give to their daughters? How come they can think of every small thing I might need here which may not be available in my city? From home dried methi, that new style bangles I'd like, or winter warmers for the little baby and what not !! The list goes on and on and on !!)
and my Dad, I promise, if he had his contacts at United States customs office, he'd pack a dozen of suitcases for me filled with all his favorite sweets !! ladoo, revdi,gacchak,patisa, nariyal burfi, kaju burfi, khoya laddoo, gajar burfi, boora, shakkar and the list just does not end.
Gosh, sometimes I wonder, why did a problem like high sugar had to come on such a sweet Dad of mine.

And did I miss my blog? sometimes I did, and some times not!! I missed it when I saw something/someone touched me when I was there. But otherwise, I tried to stay away as much as possible from the computer during my vacation.
But now that I am back, I have lots to write and share with you all.
And I have a long list of posts to read too. I promise to get back on track soon and be in touch with you all again.

And the end of my vacation also marked the end of the year.
