Happy Deepawali

Last few weeks have been a little too much trying for me.

With the festival season and with hubby's B'day also approaching fast, decided to cheer myself up a little. So cleaned up my house tonight (yeah, that is relaxing for me) and also gave my blog a new look. Decorated the pooja ghar, decided on my saree to wear for tomorrow and also finalized the menu for tomorrow night.
Here are the delicacies:
And here comes the sweet dishes:

I hope everything turns out as good as they look in these pictures !!

Here's wishing all of my blogging (and non blogging too) friends a very happy and prosperous Deepawali. May this year bring all sorts of happiness and joys for all of you and your dear ones.

Love

@Meira: The feast, festival all was too good. As for hubby B'day, it is still a week to go. (Oct 26)
Loved reading your love story. Felt like a modern M&B novel :-)
